SriTech retains rights to its pre-existing tools, reusable code, frameworks, and internal resources. Third-party software, fonts, images, and services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
SEO rankings, website traffic, advertising performance, leads, and sales depend on multiple factors outside SriTech's control. We do not guarantee specific rankings, advertising results, sales figures, or timelines. Advertising budgets and third-party platform charges are separate unless expressly included in a written agreement.
Domain registration, hosting, email, SSL, and related services may depend on third-party providers. Availability, renewals, pricing, and service conditions are subject to the applicable provider's policies. Clients are responsible for renewals and account details unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You must not use our website or services for unlawful activities, fraud, unauthorized access, malware distribution, infringement of intellectual property, or any activity that disrupts systems or violates applicable laws.
Both parties should take reasonable steps to protect confidential business information shared during a project. Personal information collected through our website or services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
